A Designesy Review is a findings report on a stated sample of pages as of the review date. It combines automated and manual checks. It is not legal advice and not a certification of compliance with the ADA, WCAG, or any law. Automated tools find only part of accessibility issues, which is why every Review includes manual checks. Independence firewall **Designesy does not accept payment for scores, methodology changes, or leaderboard placement.** Every score is computed by the same deterministic 45-check engine against the same published contract. Enterprise customers pay for private scoring on their own infrastructure, never for public leaderboard placement.
